HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cubed chicken
2 c. sliced celery
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 c. croutons
1 c. mayonnaise
Shredded cheese

Mix all together (make day ahead if you like). Add 1 cup croutons and shredded cheese on top. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
