JULIE'S HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. chicken (cooked and diced)
2 c. diced celery
1 c. seasoned croutons
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt

Mix and put in casserole dish. Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Serve on a bed of lettuce or croissants. Serves 4.
