CHICKEN CURRY SALAD 
6 c. shredded lettuce
2 pkg. frozen peas cooked, drained chilled
3 c. chopped chicken or turkey
3 c. chopped tomatoes
2 c. cucumber slices, halved
3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. curry
3 c. croutons

Layer lettuce, peas, chicken tomatoes and cucumbers in 5 quart salad bowl. Combine mayonnaise, sugar, curry. Mix well. Spread all over salad. Cover with plastic. Chill overnight. Before serving sprinkle with croutons.

Substitute ham for poultry - powdered cloves for curry, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard and new salad.
