HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. toasted bread cubes or croutons
6 c. diced cooked chicken
4 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. slivered almonds
6 c. diced celery
3 tbsp. grated onion
6 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all together and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 20.
