GINGER CHICKEN | |
9 pieces of chicken, as desired 1-2 tsp. ginger 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar 2-3 tbsp. soy sauce Wash and remove skin from chicken pieces. Dry on paper towels. Pour 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and 2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce in 9"x13" baking dish. Add chicken pieces, turning to coat with oil/soy mixture. Sprinkle with ground ginger, sugar and a little more soy sauce. Bake, covered with foil for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover, pour 1 tablespoon soy sauce on chicken. Cover and bake 20 minutes longer. Repeat basting and baking time for 1 hour total. |
