BLUEBERRY CRUNCH | |
1 sm. can crushed pineapple 2 tbsp. brown sugar 5 c. blueberries 1 yellow cake mix 2 sticks butter 1 c. nuts (optional) In a 9x13 pyrex dish pour crushed pineapple with juice; sprinkle brown sugar over pineapple. Pour blueberries in dish; next place dry cake mix. Then melt butter and spoon over dry mix. Sprinkle nuts on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. |
