ALMOND JOY CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
4 tsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Pet evaporated milk
24 lg. marshmallows
14 oz. coconut
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Pet evaporated milk
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

Mix and boil first 4 ingredients. Then add flour and soda. Then mix and add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Pour into jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Then melt milk and marshmallows. When melted, add coconut and pour over hot cake. Then stir sugar, butter and milk together over low heat until butter melts. Then add nuts and chocolate chips.
