MY ALMOND JOY CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix with pudding mix
1 c evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
24 lg. marshmallows (10 oz. pkg.)
14 oz. angel flaked coconut

Mix cake mix as directed and pour into 11 1/2 x 17 1/2 cake pan. Combine milk and sugar; add marshmallows and heat until melted, then add coconut. Pour over batter then bake cake as directed on cake mix package.

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips (12 oz. pkg.)
1 1/2 c. toasted almonds, chopped

Combine sugar, milk, and butter. Bring to a boil. Add chips. Stir until melted. Add almonds. Pour over warm cake.
