CHOCOLATE DRIZZLED FRUIT TARTS | |
1 (15 oz.) part-skim ricotta cheese 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 1 (4 oz.) pkg. of 6 individual graham tart shells 2 c. assorted fresh fruit 1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted In medium bowl, mix first 4 ingredients until well combined. Spoon ricotta mixture into tart shells, arrange fruit on top. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Makes 6 servings. |
