PEANUT BUTTER SQUARES 
1 pkg. graham crackers, crushed fine (2 c.)
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 stick butter, melted
2 c. confectioner sugar

Press firmly into 9 inch square pan. It helps to cover the mixture in the pan with waxed paper and then use a rolling pin or you hands to pack the mixture very firmly to prevent a crumbly result. Then remove the paper and continue. Coat the packed mixture with 1/2 cup or more melted chocolate bits. Refrigerate 15 minutes then cut into 1 inch squares.
