MAKE - AHEAD COMPANY CHICKEN 
8 whole chicken breasts, split & boned
8 bacon slices, cut in half
1 pkg. chipped or smoked beef
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Wrap each breast in bacon, line lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish with beef. Place chicken on top. Mix sour cream and mushroom soup, pour mixture over all. Cover with foil and refrigerate at least two hours. Bake uncovered at 275 degrees for 3 hours.

Serves 10 to 12. Easy and delicious.
