DAY AHEAD CHICKEN 
Chicken breasts for 4-6
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. curry
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Chicken may be skinned. Put chicken snugly in baking dish, skin side down. Mix honey, mustard, curry and soy sauce. Pour over chicken and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight, covered.

Turn chicken skin side up. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Baste well and continue baking, uncovered for 15 minutes. Spoon sauce over chicken. Serves 4-6.
