SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
3 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3 c. all purpose flour, unsifted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon flavoring

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in sour cream. Add flour, 1/2 cups at a time, beating well. Add vanilla and lemon flavoring and blend well. Bake in greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Test after 1 hour as temperatures may vary.
