ONE POT CHICKEN 
2 lbs. chicken pieces
2 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 can beef broth
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
1/2 tsp. each salt, pepper, oregano
1 c. rice
1 pkg. frozen peas

Brown chicken in butter and garlic. Add chicken to soups, water and spices in Dutch oven. Cover, simmer 20 minutes. Add rice and peas. Cook 25 minutes.
