1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
10 oz. bottle 7 - Up

Mix all ingredients except 7 - Up. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Add 7 - Up and beat 1 minute. Pour into greased sheet pan. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean. Do not over cook.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 heaping tsp. flour
1 stick butter
4 oz. flaked coconut
8 oz. can crushed pineapple

Mix and cook over low heat, continue stirring until thick. Add coconut last. Pour over hot cake.
