7 - UP CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines yellow supreme cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-Up

ICING:

1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp. flour
3 1/2 oz. coconut

Put cake ingredients into large mixing bowl. Blend until creamy. Pour into 2 greased 8 inch round cake pans (you can use 3 pans). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Icing: Cook until thick. When cooled, add coconut; spread between layers and on top of cake.
