1 pkg. lemon supreme cake mix
1 pkg. pineapple instant pudding
4 eggs
3/4 c. cooking oil
10 oz. 7-Up

Mix all ingredients together well. Bake at 375 degrees in a 9 x 13 inch pan about 40 minutes or until done.

ICING:

1 can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 1/2 c. white sugar
2 whole eggs
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. flour

Cook over low heat, until thick. Cool and add 1 cup coconut. Spread on cake.
