SEVEN-UP CAKE | |
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Supreme Lemon cake mix 1 pkg. Jello instant pineapple cream pudding 3/4 c. Wesson oil 4 whole eggs 1 (10 oz.) bottle 7-Up Mix all cake ingredients together and bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. ICING: 2 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 stick butter 1 sm. can crushed pineapple 2 tbsp. flour 1 can Baker's Angel Flake coconut A few chopped pecans Mix together eggs, sugar, butter, flour and pineapple. Cook until thick. Cool. Add coconut and pecans and spread over cake. |
