MANDARIN DELIGHT CAKE | |
4 eggs 1/2 c. Crisco oil 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice 1 box Duncan Hines deluxe yellow cake mix Beat eggs and oil together; add oranges and juice; beat well. Add cake mix, beat 2 minutes. Grease and flour 3 cake pans (9 inch). Bake according to directions on package. FROSTING: 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice 1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 3 1/2 oz. flaked coconut Beat together the pudding and pineapple with juice. Add coconut, then fold in Cool Whip. Spread between layers and on cake. Keep in refrigerator. (Chichester) |
