PINA COLADA CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1/2 c. rum
1/2 c. water
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 can flake coconut

Mix cake mix, rum, water, eggs, oil, pudding mix and coconut. Pour into 3 round cake pans, well oiled or sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake according to package directions. (Cake layers will appear to fall somewhat).

FROSTING:

1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 c. rum
1/2 can flake coconut
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix whipped topping, pudding mix, rum, coconut and pineapple. Frost layers, sides and top of cake. Refrigerate. Best made 1 day in advance.
