BACARDI BANANA RUM CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (with pudding in mix)
1/8 tsp. baking powder
2/3 c. dark rum
2 eggs
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Grease and flour 2 (8 or 9 inch) cake pans. Mix all ingredients for cake at medium speed for about 2 to 4 minutes until well blended. Pour into pans and bake until done (about 25 to 30 minutes). Allow to cool before frosting. Bake in 350 degree oven.

FROSTING:

1 pkg. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. rum

Beat butter until softened. Add sugar and liquids, beating until light and fluffy. If too stiff - pour in a little more rum. Frost cakes. If desired slice some bananas and put between layers. Cover top with additional nuts if desired. Serve small pieces.
