ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
4 c. torn lettuce
3 green onions, cut up
1 c. cold, cooked chicken, cut up
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. slivered almonds

Make dressing of 1/4 cup salad oil, 2 tablespoons wine vinegar, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon honey or sugar, dash of red pepper sauce. Shake together in jar. Pour dressing over salad ingredients and toss. Top with crispy Chinese noodles.
