ICE CREAM FOR 4 QUARTS 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 cans evaporated milk - rest of whole milk to make 3/4 full
2 tsp. vanilla
Can of any fruit
Chocolate syrup
Or any fresh fruit (like strawberry, raspberry, peaches, apricots)

Mix all ingredients well and pour into ice cream freezer container until about 3/4 full; no fuller or will come out the top.
