TOLL HOUSE PIE 
2 eggs
1 unbaked 9" pie shell
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2-3/4 c. butter, melted & cooled to room temp.
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped walnuts (opt.)

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In large bowl beat eggs until foamy. Then beat in flour, sugar and brown sugar until well blended. Blend in butter. Stir in chocolate chips (semi-sweet, usually) and walnuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake 1 hour on cookie sheet. Remove from oven and cool. Or serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream on top. Recipe doubles and freezes well.
