QUICK BROWNIES 
2 eggs
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
Dash of salt
1 c. nuts (optional)

Beat eggs, add butter, sugar and vanilla. Mix and sift flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add flour mixture to eggs, butter and sugar mixture, a little bit at a time, stirring well. Add nuts. Bake in 8x8 inch pan at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Recipe needs to be doubled for 9x12 inch cake pan.
