2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. oil
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
7 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. nuts

Blend sugar and eggs. Add oil and blend. Combine dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch baking pan. Bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
