FRESH FRUIT PARFAIT 
20 marshmallows
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. fresh raspberries, strawberries, peaches
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

Melt marshmallows in double boiler; add lemon juice. Cool slightly; add fruit. Fold in whipped cream; freeze in tray of refrigerator about 2 hours. "Light yet rich." Serves 8.
