PARFAIT PIE 
1 (9") baked graham cracker crust
1 can condensed milk
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 c. drained fruit (fresh sliced peaches or sliced strawberries)

Mix condensed milk and lemon juice until well blended. Add drained, sliced fruit and chill. Prepare graham crust and bake. When cool fill with filling and top with sweetened whipped cream. Make about 3 hours ahead. Any earlier might make it soggy.
