CHEESE AND SPINACH ROLL
1 lb. loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 egg
8 oz. (2 c.) shredded feta cheese
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg, beaten
Sesame seed

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Thaw spinach and squeeze to drain. Grease large cookie sheet. Place thawed bread dough on cookie sheet; roll or press to form 15 x 12-inch rectangle. Spread evenly with cream cheese; spoon spinach lengthwise in 4-inch strip down center of dough to within 1-inch of ends.

In small bowl combine cottage cheese, egg, feta cheese, pepper, and garlic powder. Spoon cheese mixture over spinach. Fold shorter sides of dough one inch over filling. Bring long sides of dough rectangle tightly over filling, overlapping edges to form 5-inch wide rectangle; pinch edges well to seal.

Brush with beaten egg; sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand five minutes before serving. Makes 6 servings.
