CHEESE SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1 pt. creamed cottage cheese
3 eggs
1/4 c. butter
1/4 lb. American cheese
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen spinach
3 tbsp. flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cottage cheese and eggs. Cut cheese and butter into coarse pieces; add cottage cheese mixture. While still frozen, snip spinach irregularly with kitchen shears into mixture.

Add flour and stir mixture until thoroughly blended. Pour into well greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake 1 hour or until set.
