SPINACH AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. low fat cottage cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook spinach, then drain well. Add all remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Place in 9 inch pie plate and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 8 - 50 calories per serving.
