SPINACH CASSEROLE ARMENIAN 
2 lbs. creamed cottage cheese
2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1/2 lb. brick cheese
1/2 lb. American cheese
3 tbsp. butter
6-8 tbsp. flour
6 beaten eggs

Cut cheese and butter into chunks. Mix all ingredients and place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Thaw spinach before preparation.
