COTTAGE CHEESE AND SPINACH
CASSEROLE
 
1 pt. cottage cheese
3 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt
1/4 lb. cheddar cheese, cubed
1/2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
2 to 3 tbsp. butter

Thaw spinach and break apart and cut into pieces. Combine with all other ingredients. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. If doubling recipe bake for 2 hours.
