JEANNIE'S SPINACH CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter (cut up)
1/4 c. American cheese (or Feta cheese)
3 eggs (well beaten)
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
buttered bread crumbs
3 tbsp. flour
1 lb. cottage cheese
bread cubes

Combine butter and cheese with eggs, flour and cottage cheese. Stir in spinach. Turn into well-greased casserole, and top with buttered bread cubes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
