BREAKFAST CRAB CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread, crusts removed
2 c. crabmeat
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. mustard
6 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 c. milk

(Can be made a day ahead.)

Butter bread, 1 side. Cut into cubes. Arrange in casserole (9 x 13 inch). Spread crabmeat and cheese over top.

Combine eggs, milk, salt, onion, mustard and paprika. Pour over cheese, crabmeat and bread. Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Allow to set 10 minutes. Cut into squares. Serves 8-10.
