BREAKFAST SPREAD 
1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 oz. thin sliced ham, chopped
1 tbsp. minced green pepper
1/2 tsp. dried minced onion
Dash each salt and pepper

Use English muffins or toasted bagel.

Stir all ingredients together until well mixed. Cover and chill. Spread atop 2 toasted bagels or English muffin. 65 calories per serving of spread.
