BREAKFAST SUPREME 
1 doz. hard cooked eggs, cut lengthwise into 4 slices
1 (16 oz.) pkg. smoked link sausage, sliced into coins
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
8 English muffins, toasted

Arrange egg slices in rows in bottom of 13x9 pan. Place sausage coins between eggs. Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour. Stirring, add milk. Add soup and cheese cubes. Stir until smooth. Pour over eggs and sausage Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes. Spoon over muffins.
