BREAKFAST PIZZA 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk

TOPPING:

1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. Monterey Jack shredded cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. brown 'n serve sausage links, thinly sliced
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in medium bowl; cut in shortening with pastry blender until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Stir in milk until dough leaves side of bowl (dough will be soft and sticky). Turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Knead lightly 10 times. Press dough with floured hands on bottom and up sides of greased jelly roll pan.
