BREAKFAST PIZZA 
1 lb. whole sausage, ham or bacon
1 pkg. crescent rolls, refrigerated
1 c. frozen hash browns
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
5 eggs
Milk
Salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese

This versatile dish can be made for any meal. It can be made with all vegetables or different flavorings and cheeses depending on meat used. Brown sausage or bacon. Ham can also be used as is. Form crescent rolls onto bottom of pizza pan. Add drained meat, hash browns, and cheese. This can be done ahead of time. Before serving, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix eggs with small amount of milk (like for scrambled eggs). Pour over pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
