BREAKFAST MADE EASY | |
1 1/2 lb. bacon 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 3/4 c. minced onion 1 dozen eggs 1/2 pt. whipping cream Butter cake pan. Cook bacon (cubed). Break eggs into pan and break yolks (don't scramble). Add onions and 1/2 of cheese. Pour in cream. Mix bacon and rest of cheese; spoon over pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
