LEMON CHESS PIE 
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
2 c. sugar

Mix all together. Add:

4 eggs

Toss lightly and add:

1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice

Beat until smooth and pour into an unbaked 9 inch pastry shell. Bake 35-40 minutes at 375 degrees.
