LEMON CHESS PIE 
1 tsp. cornmeal
1 tsp. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. grated rind
4 eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. lemon juice

Mix cornmeal, flour, sugar and grated rind. Add eggs, beating after each egg. Add milk, butter and lemon juice. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 or 40 minutes.
