CHEESE TOPPED VEGETABLES | |
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears Salted water Dash freshly ground pepper 6 slices of bacon 6 slices of Monterey Jack cheese 1. Cook vegetables in salted water according to package. Drain. 2. Place vegetables in lightly greased shallow baking dish. 3. Sprinkle with pepper. 4. Arrange bacon slices over vegetables with cheese slices. 5. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees until cheese is melted and lightly brown, serve immediately. |
