TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 env. taco seasoning mix
2/3 c. water
4 c. torn head lettuce
1 lg. tomato, cut up
1 sm. onion, sliced in rings
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn chips
1 sm. bottle French salad dressing

In skillet brown beef, pour off fat. Add seasoning and water. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes.

In salad bowl combine all other ingredients except chips. Spoon meat on top of salad and toss with dressing. Add crushed chips on top. Serve immediately.
