SALMON PATTIES 
1 lb. can salmon
1 c. cracker crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Open can, take out salmon, take off the skin, scrape off the bones and break up salmon into pieces. Mix together with the eggs and cracker crumbs. Form patties and brown in skillet in small amount of butter, turn heat down and continue to cook another 15 to 20 minutes (be sure to flip patties over to brown both sides).
