CHEESY PARMESAN CHICKEN
2 chicken breasts
2 to 4 big spoonfuls of mayonnaise
grated Parmesan cheese
bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 400°F. As the oven is preheating, put the chicken breasts on a tray.

In a separate bowl, put 2 to 4 big spoonfuls of mayonnaise and sprinkle some grated Parmesan cheese, then mix it together.

After mixing it, sprinkle a little more cheese in the mayonnaise, then mix it together again.

Put some of that on the chicken (preferably splitting it in half on each chicken), spread it out on top of the chicken and then put the bread crumbs on top of that until the mayonnaise/cheese is covered. You can put a little more Parmesan cheese on top of that before adding the bread crumbs if you'd like, but you don't have to if you don't want to.

Once the oven is done preheating, cook it for 30 to 45 minutes (or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 160°F) and just keep an eye on the chicken while it's cooking.

Once it's done cooking, let the chicken cool for a couple minutes.

Finally, enjoy!

Serves 2. Recipe may be doubled.
