LOWER SUGAR FRESH BLUEBERRY PIE 
1 1/2 to 2 pt. fresh blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. water
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
1 pie shell, cooked and cooled

Pick out 1/4 cup of the "not so nice berries; " put in saucepan with 1 cup of water, sugar and salt. Boil until water turns purple.

Remove from heat and take out fruit. In small bowl, mix cornstarch and 2 tablespoons cold water. Add slowly to blue hot mixture. Return to heat and mix constantly until thick. Remove from heat and mix with rinsed blueberries. Put into cooled pie shell. Refrigerate. Top with low calorie whipped topping.
