MARYLAND CRAB CAKES | |
1 lb. crabmeat 1 tsp. seafood seasoning (Old Bay) 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. chopped parsley 1 tbsp. baking powder 1 egg, beaten 2 slices bread, crust removed, and moistened with a little milk Mix all ingredients together and shape into cakes or patties. Fry quickly until brown. Turn over and fry the other side until golden brown. Approximately 8 patties. |
