(MARYLAND LADY) CRAB CAKES | |
1 egg 2 tbsp. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 tsp. parsley 3/4 tsp. Old Bay seasoning Mix and then combine with 1 pound lump or back fine crab meat. Shape into 6 cakes; cover each side with cracker meal. Cook cakes in fry pan with very little oil or butter until brown. This cooking takes about 5 minutes on EACH side of cake. |
