POT ROAST MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. bread crumbs
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt

Shape above ingredients into mound or loaf in center of baking pan. Peel and slice 3 potatoes, 3 onions and 3 carrots. Place vegetables in layers around meat and cover tightly with foil. Bake 375 degrees 1 hour. Uncover and continue to bake until meat browns (about 20 minutes).
